Temperature relief
After suffering from a high temperature for many years due to a herpes virus infection, it ceased following the use of selenium. This has lasted a year now. Initially, I was informed that the temperature was nerve-related, but I’ve learned that the thyroid regulates body temperature and selenium supports it. Hence, I will continue taking it for preventive purposes.
